Returns Policy 🍝
We get it, sometimes amore doesn’t last forever. That’s why we give you 14 days after receiving your order to request a return.
To be eligible, your item needs to be in the same condition as when it arrived: unused, with tags, and in its original packaging (plus your receipt or proof of purchase).
✨ To start your return, simply log into your customer account and make the request directly from there. Once it’s accepted, we’ll send you a return label and instructions. Please note: packages sent back without requesting a return through your account won’t be accepted.

Damages and Issues 💔
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or not quite what you ordered, let us know right away at eshop@bigmammagroup.com so we can make things right.
Exchanges 🔄
We don’t do direct exchanges. The quickest way is to return your item, and once it’s accepted, you can place a fresh order for the piece you want.
Refunds 💸
As soon as we receive and check your return, we’ll confirm if your refund is approved. If yes, it will be sent straight back to your original payment method within 10 business days (just note that your bank may take a little extra time).
👉 A fixed return fee of 12€ will be deducted from your refund, and the original shipping costs are non-refundable.
